How do you get Wins in +1 Tongue Escape?
Complete a stage and choose its standard Wins pad. In our Stage 3 test, the yellow +3 Wins pad changed the counter from 4 to 7 and returned the player to the Stage 1 start.
The blue +6 Wins pad opened the x2 Wins purchase dialog at 99 Robux in this session. We did not buy it, so no +6 payout is claimed.

What does x2 Wins cost?
The Roblox purchase dialog showed 2X Wins at 99 Robux. Selecting the Stage 3 +6 Wins pad triggered the same purchase screen. The capture does not establish whether the pass affects Daily, Playtime or group rewards.
Where can Wins be spent?

Can you get free Wins?
The captured menus show +1 Win on Daily Day 1, Wins at several playtime milestones, and +5 Wins for the Like The Game reward. Only the Day 1 claim and Stage 3 counter change were completed in the captured session.
Is x2 Wins worth 99 Robux?
The price and purchase prompt are verified. Its value depends on which reward types it doubles, which still needs controlled testing.
