The developer says that upgrades unlock new abilities, but no official ability names, effects, controls, cooldowns, or unlock levels have been verified. This page separates that confirmed promise from shop items and player assumptions.
What counts as an ability
An ability entry needs to appear in the game's ability interface, unlock prompt, or another readable developer-controlled surface. A complete record should identify its exact name, whether it is active or passive, its unlock trigger, how it is used, and any visible duration or cooldown.
If the game calls a feature an upgrade, trainer, boost, trail, pass, or product, we keep that label until evidence shows it also functions as an ability.
Extend and Slide are reported as separate actions
COMMUNITY REPORTEDCommunity gameplay guides consistently describe Extend as creating or lengthening the tongue bridge and Slide as the separate action used to cross it. They also report that trainer time grows tongue length and stage completion awards Wins.
Those repeated reports clarify the basic loop, but they do not identify either action as an unlockable Ability. The verified Ability index therefore remains empty until the game displays an exact ability name, unlock condition, and effect.
Abilities are not the shop catalog
The official Roblox catalogs returned 24 named commercial records: 12 passes and 12 developer products. Names such as Blue Beam Tongue, Fast Train, trainers, tongue packs, and multiplier passes confirm how those products are listed. They do not prove that the products are unlockable abilities.
Use the trainers and shop catalog for those verified records. Their checked descriptions are empty, so full effects and stacking behavior remain unconfirmed.
Ability verification checklist
- Exact name
- Readable in the current game's ability UI or unlock notice.
- Unlock trigger
- A visible stage, upgrade, stat, rebirth, or other condition.
- Type
- Active, passive, movement, reach, protection, or another in-game label.
- Activation
- The displayed control or automatic trigger.
- Effect
- A repeatable before-and-after result without guessing from the icon.
- Persistence
- Whether it remains after a fall, reset, server change, or rebirth.
How to test an unlocked ability
EDITORIAL ADVICE- Record your visible stats and current equipment before the unlock.
- Read the exact in-game prompt and capture its wording.
- Test one familiar crossing with the ability inactive, if the game allows it.
- Repeat under the same conditions with the ability active.
- Record what changed and what did not. Re-test after the cooldown, a reset, or a new server if those states matter.
This method can show a repeatable effect. It does not turn an icon, animation, or product name into an official mechanical description.
Current ability status
The verified index is intentionally empty until readable evidence establishes at least one name and effect. That is more useful than a confident list copied from a different experience or inferred from shop artwork.
For the confirmed progression loop, see progression and upgrades. For route evidence, use the stages tracker.
Abilities FAQ
Are tongue trails abilities?
The checked source lists trail products. It does not establish that they are abilities or that they change reach.
Is Fast Train an ability?
It is a verified game-pass name. Its full effect and its relationship to the ability system have not been verified.
When do abilities unlock?
The developer ties abilities to progression in general, but the checked official description gives no exact unlock stages or values.
